Placing an order FAQ’s

Once the order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email and/or WhatsApp basis information shared while placing the order (if both email and phone number have been shared, both email and WhatsApp confirmation will be sent)

If your payment is unsuccessful for any reason, you'll see a denial notification displayed on the final checkout page. We suggest that you return to the checkout page to make sure all the details you entered are correct before trying to re-submit your order. You'll be able to update your payment options with a different method if necessary. If the product is damaged in transit or you’ve by mistake received an incorrect or incomplete order, please call our Customer Helpline team at +91 8700637232 or email us at sonderfragrances@gmail.com. We’ll ensure the damaged/ incomplete/ incorrect product is replaced. Please do share a picture of the damaged product over email or Watsapp with our representative for internal quality control.

Delivery & Shipping FAQ’s

No, we deliver free of charge across India for all pre-paid orders. For COD orders, a delivery charge of INR 50 is charged. How long will my order take to reach me? Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of order placement and confirmation. They'll reach the customer within 5-7 business days.

Our payment gateway is managed through Razorpay - we accept all debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI and also offer Cash On Delivery

As soon as the products have been dispatched, we will send you an email and/or text notification confirming the details of your purchase.

Once the product has been shipped, the order status is updated via email and/or text with tracking ability. You’ll receive notifications at relevant points from order placement to dispatch to delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We offer a replacement on items that may have been damaged during shipping. Returns other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.

Ittar FAQ’s

The fragrances last for 8-12 hours. This may vary by fragrance type, room temperature skin type, application etc.

Yes, all our ittar’s are alcohol free - they’re made up of pure fragrance oils and essential oils. They’re also halal.

Yes, the entire range of Ittar’s is toxin free - no chemicals, sulphate & paraben free or anything harmful

You can use these fragrances by rubbing a few drops on your fingertips and gently dabbing on your clothes and/or by rubbing a few drops on your wrist or behind your ears. It can also be applied to the hair by putting a few drops on the hairbrush/ comb and running it gently through the hair

No, the Ittar’s don’t stain. Take a 1-2 drops on your fingertips and rub them on the fingertips itself. Brush them with a very light hand across the clothes (collars, arms, chest etc). However, do not rub the Ittar directly on the cloth - given concentration level, it can stain if it isn’t applied on fingertips and brushed lightly against the cloth with a fluid hand movement.

Yes, the entire range of Ittar’s is skin friendly. Since the products are natural and have no chemicals or harmful ingredients in them, they’re suitable across skin types. However, if you have very sensitive skin, it is advisable to do a patch test by putting a little bit on the inside of the elbow for 8 hours to ensure it suits your sensitivity issues.

Typically, the product should be used within 2 years from manufacturing. Please refer to the back of the product box for date of manufacturing.

All products are formulated and manufactured in India. The ingredients however come from Italy, Switzerland, France & India.

Candle FAQ’s

A 220 gm candle typically burns for upto 45 hours so if you burn it everyday for 2-3 hours, it should last you for approx. 30 days

We use 100% natural soy wax which is made from biodegradable soy beans and has no harmful toxins

Yes, we use 100% natural ingredients from our natural soy wax, natural fragrance blends and 100% cotton wicks so little to no soot is emitted and the products are 100% toxin free. To ensure no soot is emitted, pls ensure the wick is trimmed before each use to 1/4 of an inch

Please ensure wick is cantered before re-lighting. If your wick is off-centre, extinguish the flame and delicately pull the wick towards the centre

We consider bulk orders as orders above 50 pieces for any one product or combination of products.

For orders above 50 pieces, we offer customisation of labels, bottle type and limited options for packaging. However, for orders above 100 pieces, we offer full customisation of packaging as well.
